Team Collaboration
Work together on imaging projects with your astrophotography team
Some targets need more integration time than one person can collect alone. DeepSkyLog lets you team up with fellow astrophotographers, pool your data, and build stunning images together — each from your own backyard.
Image Together, From Anywhere
Invite friends, club members, or online collaborators to a shared project. Everyone images the same target with their own rig, and DeepSkyLog automatically merges the data into a single project view. You can track progress, see captured image statistics.

When team members upload from NINA or the desktop uploader, frames are automatically routed to the collaboration project based on the target name. No manual sorting, no copy-pasting — each member’s contribution is tracked and credited automatically.
Know Who Contributed What
Every frame is tagged with the contributor. See per-member breakdowns of:
- Frames and integration time per filter (L, R, G, B, Ha, OIII, SII…)
- Session history — when each member last contributed
- Progress toward goals — watch the bars fill up as the team collects data
Flexible Roles for Every Team
Control who can do what with granular permissions:
- Owner — full control over the project
- Admin — manage members and project settings
- Member — upload frames and edit the project
- Viewer — read-only access for observers and mentors
