Track integration time per target
Set an integration goal per filter, see what each target still needs, and pick what to image next.
How many hours of Ha do I already have on the Rosette? I used to open a spreadsheet to find out, and the spreadsheet was always a few nights behind. In DeepSkyLog one project holds all the frames of one target, so the total is just there.
Make a project for the target and enter how much time you want for each filter, for example L, R, G, B, Ha, OIII or SII. Every filter gets a progress bar. If you set no goal, the project still shows the total exposure time, there is just nothing to compare it with. The frames come from the NINA plugin as you capture, or from an import of the files you already have.
What is still missing

The Incomplete screen lists the projects that are not finished. For each one you see the completion, the frames per filter, the date of the last session and when the target can be observed next. Projects with the most missing integration come first, together with the filters you still need.
With Min %, Max % and Flag below you can show only projects in some range, for example everything under 50%. You can also switch between all projects, projects with a goal and projects without one. Per project you also get the exposure time per filter, the number of frames, the rejection rate, quality metrics and the date you last worked on it.
Choosing the next target
Plan Ahead takes your unfinished projects and compares them with the imaging windows of the targets and the weather forecast at your locations. So you decide using the sky and the data you already have, not only what you feel like shooting.
Try it on your own data.
